ONGC Videsh wins $190 million arbitral awards against Sudan Following the arbitration awards, OVL has sent demand notices to the Sudanese government seeking payments, the people cited above said, adding that the company hasn't yet gone to a court to enforce the award and is hoping to recover the money using the diplomatic channel.
